Genius Package includes stock canopy, extra main blades, extra tail rotor blade and extra battery. (Total 2 main blades, 2 tail rotors and 2 batteries are including the ones on the helicopter.) This Genius helicopter is the upgraded Brushless Pro Version which has been fully integrated and tested by Wow Hobbies.

We recommend that a higher "C" rating battery without adding too much weight to obtain better flight performance on a micros. Always purchase battery from a well known source and do not be fooled by hopped up specification printed on the battery. If your helicopter flies weaker than normal, consider first changing the battery or switch to a battery with a higher true "C" rating.

There are 7 types of Walkera Genius CP available as described below. To clarify some of the confusion out there, there is no Genuis CP that will work with both transmitters below. So you will have to choose one or the other. The brushless version shown below is a custom build by Wow Hobbies with brushless CO5, ESC with build-in converter and upgraded tail hold. No more pain messing with pinion removal, installation and taking the risk of bending the motor shaft in the process. We have completed the entire brushless conversion for you and guarantee it to fly by the time you receive it.

WALKERA M120D01 with Stack carbon frame

All Walkera M120D01 helicopters now only come with metal tail grips which is what we are now shipping. Also at the final production, Walkera had decided to change to foam blades instead of carbon blades. Due to the color boxes already printed by Walkera, it still shows the heli with the carbon blades. Wow Hobbies is shipping this heli the way it was shipped from the factory. Metal head is grey, not red and landing skid is not plain but with simulated carbon print, see photo. Sorry that we could not anticipate these last minute changes Walkera made.

This M120D01 version we are shipping now is approved by Wow Hobbies. All three professional test pilots plus our technical staff gave the M120D01 the full 5-star rating. Limited quantity on the first shipment sold-out in 2 days. Further customer feedback were all very positive and we have ordered a full container load but Walkera is unable to fulfill the whole order for a while. So availability is going to be limited for a couple of months. The M120D01 incorporates multiple key improvements over the V120D02. We all breathed a sign of relieve after numerous weeks of testing and adjustments finally yielded in an outstanding model.

We were espcially sckeptical since the failure of the V120D05 which was release by Walkera at the beginning of 2011. The absense of 2.5 tail to main blade rotation ratio on the V120D05 required major work and may not be physically possible on the belt drive system that size.
