This is a plug and play kit. All connectors are soldered as pictured and the complete kit fully tested. The kit includes:

We have tested all kinds of FP helis, unless it comes with a belt drive or shaft drive tail design like the Ufly, they will not be comparable terms of performance. Walkera has multiple projects and multiple teams working on different models. Unfortunately with all the politics going on at Walkera’s heavily staffed design department, the Ufly got stuck with an inferior gyro. So far the best built-in micro gyro belongs to the Rx2433 used on the 4#6d which can even hold the tail of a much larger size 400 heli. We have tested the Rx2428 on the 60#B and on the Hot rod Ufly with amazing results. When upgraded to the Rx2428, Turbo Ace 36610 and the digital tail servo, the Ufly is the ultimate in FP performance. The only draw back is its price. So is it worth it? The most commonly asked question is why spend so much on a FP heli, why not just buy a CP heli?

1. FP heli are easier to fly than CP due to the cone shape of the fixed pitch blades that produce more stable air current.
2. The Head speed of the FP is about 500 to 1000 rpm lower than the CP making it much safer to be around people. FP heli can be flown anywhere without intimating your neighbors. They are not scary like the CP with high head speed. Take it out to a picnic or fly it in a parking lot while your wife does her shopping and you no longer panic when kids start to chase it down.
4. FP is easy to maintain, balance and repair because the head design is much simpler.
5. FP is cheaper to crash and less likely to break in a crash compare to CP.
Why purchase a CP when you don't fly 3D. FP is designed with much more stability and control for sports flying.

Despite of so many FP benefits, the old motorized sluggish tail design has weighted down the FP heli for years. Not until recently FP was unable to fly in high wind condition. Ufly’s shaft drive pitch tail has overcome all these issues with its quick responding collective pitch shaft drive tail. Thou the idea is on the right track and Walkera has all the gyro technology, the Ufly has ended up with inferior electronics, it has adapted the wrong receiver with its weak built-in gyro. In addition the Ufly should have adapted the faster digital tail servo. In order to obtain the best performance, the stock Ufly receiver must be replaced with the RX2428 or the RX2609 which have the superb integrated micro gyro technology. By implementing the combination of best components available, the Hot Rod Ufly is the ultimate in FP design today. 1. RX2433 3 axis gyro with build-in HH gyro is unbeatable by any competitors in the micro gyro design. Only the larger designs like the GY401 is more superior. The micro gyro in the RX2428 offers true heading hold integrated circuit, unlike some of the Esky predecessors which claims to be HH but merely are HH simulation done in the firmware.
2. The Turbo Ace 36611 (2s version) and the 35410 (3s version) both outperform and out power the most powerful Scorpion 2s motor used on the Ufly. This is not a coincident, both of these motors were created with the purpose and the intention to outperform the Scorpion and Walkera stock BL motors.
3. Fast digital tail servo is installed to provide faster tail response on top of the already quick Ufly pitch tail.
4. Unlike belt drive tail heli the torque tube of the Ufly stores the kinetic energy that unleash the power during a hard turn. The Ufly is the only FP heli with a shaft drive (torque tube) in the market today.
