Newest version custom to Wow Hobbies' specifications: Not all HP08 are created equal !
WK-2801/pro radio settings used on the Manual Campos 3D video: See below.
Note that the throttle curves need to be set to 100% for the 81220 motor to achieve its optimum performance. Caution, the 100% throttle curve settings are suitable for the 81220 motor which runs at low temperature but they are not suitable for Walkera stock motor which can easily be damaged running at a much higher temperature. The following settings used below are for expert pilots only. If you are a beginner/intermediate pilot, these settings will be too sensitive and may need to be adjusted per your flying requirement.
TRVADJ - 100% on all except rudder at 120%
SWAATS - Swashmix - Elev 79% Aile 79% Pit. -58%
GYRHLD - Gyrosens - Gyro/Aux2 0:81% 1:80%
Throhold - Thro Hold - Hold Pos - -10%
DR&EXP - Elev - D/R 100% Exp +30%
Aile - D/R 100% Exp +30%
Rudd - D/R 67% Exp +15%
CURVES - Thrcurve - Norm - 0-35-100-100-100
St-1 - 100-flat across
St-2 - 100 flat across
Pitcurve - Norm - 31.5-41.5-50-75-100

The newest Thermo-Cool Turbo Ace 81200 pinion not included (81220 comes with 20 teeth pinion) for the 4G6 with more torque and lighter weight than the stock Walkera BL motor.
This 81200 motor will only start properly when the 3 motor wires are soldered directlly to the Walkera ESC. Do not use connectors! The shorter the wires are from the motor to the ESC, the better the motor performance. If the motor turns in the wrong direction just desolder any 2 wires, swap them and solder them back to the ESC.
Warning! Special tool is required to accurately mount the pinion on a small motor shaft of this size. Also it is extremely difficult to keep the pinion centered and perfectly straight. We are not responsible if you bent the motor shaft or damage the motor in anyway. If the pinion wabbles, it is either not centered, not completely 90 degree to the shaft or you have bent the shaft while installing the pinion. Go to
http://www.wowhobbies.com/turboace81200hp08brushlessmotorexceptionallyhighperformancethermo-coolbrushlessmotorforwalkera4g6-1.aspx and consider purchasing a motor that has the pinion installed already. This item is for experts who has experience installing pinion on a small motor and wishes to install a pinion with different number of teeth.
Important Instruction: The Turbo Ace 81200 (HP08) is optimized when the 3 wires from the motor are soldered directly to the Walkera main ESC. By doing so, the motor will run stronger, less likely to cog and will not stall during startup. Directly soldering the wires to the ESC will result in shorter wires and no contact points. This type of installation is a little inconvenient for maintenance since you can not unplug the motor as easily but it reduces the resistance of the current from the ESC to the motor allowing the motor to operate at its optimum state. If the motor runs in a reverse direction, just unsolder any 2 wires, switch them and solder them back to the ESC.
Motor type: Outrunner
Operating temperature: 110F compare to 130F on the Walker HM-4G6-Z-35 (005) BL motor
Kv: 16,500 compared to 11,500 on older version
Weight: including wires- without connector: 8.3g
Weight: including wires- with connector: 8.6g
ESC Compatibility: When the motor wires are soldered directly to the ESC, the motor will startup with 99% of the Walkera 4G6 ESC. If you use the provided easy plug connector, the motor will startup with about 90% of the Walker 4G6 ESC.
Pinion: not included but can be ordered separately
3 pin Walkera motor connector: not included
Motor screws: included
