Turbo Ace 411516 is the same as 411500 except the 411516 has the 16T pinion installed for the 4#3B/CB100/Novus FP.
Walkera ESC has a slightly different timing when used with this motor. As a result this motor is likely to cog during startup and may required hand cranking. We highly recommend that you purchase one of two matching Converter/ESC Combos that is compatible with this motor.

The motor has been tested on the 4#3b with both the Turbo Ace CE700 and CE701 Converter/ESC with excellent result. Note that AEO, 3A and Walkera ESCs will not function properly with this motor due to different timing and current requirement. Our test has confirmed that reports from RC Group forum were correct that during high current load, AEO ESC and 3A ESC both cut off and stall motors and the Walkera ESC will often cause the outrunner motor to cog during startup.
Before the CE700 & CE701 were available, the motor has also been tested successfully on the 4#3B using 2 other alternative options: The first options is with the Feigao 6A ESC modified to 1-cell and the FLEA with excellent results and the second options is with the Flea-low speed ESC-V3 which is made in Germany and comes with a built-in converter - this is available separately in this store. Buyer beware! There are Flea copies made in China that are available but often with outdated firmware and hardware causing motor to cog and tail wag problems. 7A Ebay ESC will work but it is not ideal to be used with this motor. Throttle cutoff during landing is rough even with program changed to SOFT. Also AEO and 3A ESCs will not function properly with this motor or any other main motors due to higher current requirement. This is currently absolutely the one of the most powerful and the lightest BL motors available for the 4#3B & CB100. The super light weight BL motor translates to significant improvements in power, durability, handling (less weight means less kinetic energy to overcome) and longer flight time.
