Walkera ESC has a slightly different timing when used with this motor. As a result this motor is likely to cog during startup and may required hand cranking. We highly recommend that you purchase the matching Turbo Ace CE700 ESC/converter that is compatible to this motor. It is important to note that the CO6 (6g) motor must be powered by ESC with a minimum of 6.5A dedicated amperage otherwise ESC can be damaged easily, this has been discussed in the forum again and again. The motor has been tested on the 4#3b with the Turbo Ace CE700 ESC/conver with excellent result. Note that AEO, 3A, 5A and Walkera ESCs will not function properly with this motor due to different timing and current requirement. Our test has confirmed that reports from RC Group forum were correct that during high current load, AEO ESC and 3A ESC both cut off and stall motors and the Walkera ESC will often cause the outrunner motor to cog during startup.

The motor has been tested on the 4#3b with the FLEA with excellent result (Flea comes with a built-in ESC and converter, it is available separately in this store). 7A Ebay ESC and Walkera BL ESC is not ideal to be used with this motor. Also 3A ESC is not recommended for this motor because of the higher current requirement.

This is currently absolutely the most powerful and light BL motor available. The super light weight BL motor translates to significant improvements in power, durability, handling (less weight means less kinetic energy to overcome) and longer flight time.
