If you are just replacing your 2.9g motor you come to the right page. We recommend that you cut the motor wires down to one inch and use the color coded rubber insulated wire set  http://www.wowhobbies.com/hm-43b-z-39tailmotorbrushlesswirefor4343a43b.aspx  because the rubber coating will prevent shorts in a crash. Tail rotor blade on photo is not included. As you may already know, the 4G3 and V120D03 has very limited ability for 3D flight. Because neither the stock Walkera brush tail motor nor the Walkera 2g brushless is able to keep up with 3D maneuvers due to insufficient thrust and KV.
