This programmable Turbo Ace CE701 Converter/ESC is designed from the proven reliable ESC A.K.A. Ebay ESC integrated with the no soldering required converter that are highly compatible to brushless motors. Wow Hobbies has taken special care in testing this Converter/ESC with all the currently available BL motors for the Walkera 4#3B heli. The programmable Converter/ESC is rated at 7A which will ensure extreme heli manuever compares to other Converter/ESC rated only at 5A that often cogs or shuts down during peak current requirement.

This is the least expensive and the most reliable way to convert your 4#3B brush or Novus FP heli to brushless. It allows you to use your existing Rx2406 receiver to convert the Walkera 4#3B brush main motor to brushless. It's plug and play and compatible to all motors for the Walkera 4#3B currently available. No more reading complex conversion diagram, just plug it in the brush motor plug on your Rx2406 receiver. 1. Using your exsiting Novus Rx2400, Walker Rx2406 receiver beats buying a new Rx2406A receiver which lacks travel adjustments for the servos.
2. The Turbo Ace CE-701 Converter/ESC is programmable which allows you to fine tune your ESC for improved performance verses stock Walkera ESC which is not programmable.
3. Pay only half as much by saving your old Rx2406 verses buying a brushless conversion kit with the Rx2406A receiver.
4. CE-701 has been tested to fly on the Walkera 4#3B and Novus FP helicopters under extreme maneuvers.

Programming Parameters: (* in front means only configurable by LCD Programming Card, other settings can be configured by a transmitter)

  1. Brake: Off, soft brake, and hard brake
  2. Timing: low, middle, and high; default is middle
  3. Startup mode: fast, soft, and ultra soft.  Fast applies to low-inductance and start-load motor; ultra soft applies to high-inductance and start-load motor; soft applies to case between above two
  4. Protection function: select from reduce-power or cut-off, default is reduce power. In reduce mode when overheat or low-voltage occurs, output power will be reduced to lower than 50%
  5. Throttle curve: 3 different curves for throttle control
  6. Li-xx cell number: auto detect or manual selection
  7. Cut-off threshold: low 2.6v, mid 2.85v high 3.1v
  8. Motor direction: normal or reverse
  9. *Starting power: to set the ratio of output power when starting in the range of  00% - 39%, default is 00%. Under default setting, output power is decided automatically by the system according to throttle stick position
  10. *PWM frequency: 13KHz and 8KHz, default is 8KHz. 13KHz is an option for low-inductance motor
