Due to the high risk of lost packages, all helicopters and parts over $100 are shipped with "signature required," which means you need to be home to sign for the package. If you are not home during delivery, a tag will be left at your door and you will need to contact USPS/Fedex to pick it up at the station. If you are not going to be home and you wish to waive the signature requirement then you will be taking full responsibility if the package is lost.. To waive the signature, you may enter the exact phrase "Pls waive signature & I will be responsible for lost package" in the COMPANY NAME box in your ship to profile/account below your First and Last Name.

No technical advise will be given on helicopters that are not purchased in our store. Dead on arrivals must be in writing and must be sent through Contact Us. Please do not use phone calls as a legitimate claim. Emails are often lost from spam filters so please use the CONTACT US tab and we will be able to better support you with links, videos and photos. We normally 1st class air advanced replacement parts to any USA location if you have received a defective part or helicopter, provided the account is in good standing. Customers who do not trust our store and rush to file disputes (which drastically increases our work load) without giving us a chance to make things right would break that mutual trust relationship and force us to enforce our policy. In such an occurence, we will block your account from future purchases pending investigation of the matter and also we will not be able to send any advanced replacement parts until we receive the parts back. If you have purchased this helicopter and it is not a dead on arrival, we recommend that you learn the repair side of this hobby by joining www.rcgroup.com and searching for the correct model in the micro helicopter section. Wow Hobbies has more than 30,000 customers and obviously we are unable to teach everyone this hobby despite how hard we try. Some of the most common helicopter problems include stripped tail drive gears or main gears after the main blades have scraped the ground, low battery, bad battery and off-balanced blades which need to be balanced even when they are new. It is important to know when you first receive your helicopter that you must tie it down to a heavy fixture and test fly it with a few batteries. If you just immediately launch it without bench testing and end up crashing it or scrap the blades on the ground, we will not be able to identify if it is the manufacturer's fault or pilot error. Carelessness to bench test the heli before its maiden flight, especially after shipping, will void all your defective claims. Helicopter warranty is only good on the day you receive it. RC manufacturers such as Horizon, Great Plane, CopertX and Walkera all have the same one day warranty due to the nature of this hobby. RC helicopters are precision machines and they are much more likely to get damaged in a crash or blade tip, so please do not treat them as toy helicopters.
