Wow Hobbies' 5,000 sq. ft. California Warehouse and Headquarter is also home to Wow's Research & Developement Group and Accounting & Customer Service Dept. Our overseas operations include a second warehouse and quality control center in Shenzheng, China, just a short drive to Walkera Headquarters and our own motor and electronics factories in Guangchou, China which are key to efficient and cost effective developement and manufacturing. Staffed by experienced specialists in their respective fields, Wow strives to provide cutting edge RC helicopter technology with the best quality, value and service. Although our current specialization is on Walkera helicopters, parts and upgrades, Wow is also heavly invested in the developement of its own proprietary motors, escs, receivers, blades and batteries.
DAILY OPERATIONS
Our main warehouse located in the City of Orange in Southern California houses the largest inventory and most extensive list of Walkera helicopters, parts and upgrades in the world. Inventory is replenished with contracted daily air freight service plus occasional containers by ocean. Wow's implimentation of real time inventory means if you can "Add to Cart", we have it in stock. All orders placed before 9AM Pacific Time is shipped out the same day and orders received after 9AM is shipped out the next day. To expedite your shipment, we make daily trips to Fedex and the U.S. Postal Service. Although many Wow employees work 7 days a week, our shipping and operating hours are 9AM-4PM Monday-Friday and our will-call hours are 10AM-4PM Tuesday-Friday.

QUALITY ASSURANCE
A prerequisite to good quality control is experience and many of our technicians have been involved in the field of electronics manufacturing for 20 to 40 years. Our Shengzheng Quality Control Center is the initial gateway for all Walkera helicopters. Defective helicopters and parts are weeded out from each Walkera shipment before they are aired then stocked in our California Warehouse. Upon receiving your order, a helicopter is pulled from our California Warehouse shelf where it's modified and upgraded depending on the specification. A final round of quality assurance involves a hover test, an in-flight gyro check and a multi-point inspection of parts/mechanisms. Wow's QA sticker on each helicopter box certifies the inspection and checkmarks specifications. Parts orders are double or triple checked for accuracy and all helicopters are protected by Wow's no DOA (No Dead-On-Arrival) guarantee which needs to be reported (via "Contact Us" or email) within 24 hours of receiving the helicopter.
VALUE
Wow keeps a close eye on all competing vendors including, online stores, local hobby shops and overseas supplier - comparing prices, shipping, taxes and other key factors. We charge no sales tax on all orders except for shipments to California. As the largest Walkera Distributor, Wow has the best leverage to lower prices. And as a developer and manufacturer of parts and upgrades, we are able to pass on additional savings.
CUTTING EDGE UPGRADES
In addition to original Walkera Upgrades, Wow also offers more advanced proprietary upgrades directly from our own R&D and factories. Always one generation beyond Walkera's technology, our motors, escs, blades and batteries are superior designs with premium quality components. RC helicopter is a dynamic high tech industry and staying ahead of the game is a constant challenge. Multiple weekly shipments arriving at our California Warehouse combined with high sales volume improve availability and turn-over so you get the most up-to-date helicopter versions and upgrades.
SHIPPING & PACKAGING
Wow has one of the fastest and lowest shipping rates in the industry. All orders received before 9AM PST are shipped out the same day using USPS priority mail or Fedex and arrive within the Continental US within 2 to 3 days. Because of a large international client base, Wow is also experienced in optimizing international and express shipments to minimize costs and shipping time. For more expensive shipments, we encourage you to use Wow's inhouse insurance option when specifying shipping method. To prevent shipping damage, we pay special attention to packaging helicopter and parts. Each helicopter box is suspended inside a separate protective outer box and volunerable parts are properly packed and placed. After all, you don't want to deal with the trouble of a damaged shipment.
WILL CALL & PICK UP
If you are in Southern California, you have the option of picking up your order from our California Warehouse. Just process your order online at www.wowhobbies.com, then go to "Contact Us" and send us a "WILL CALL" message and we will hold your order at the front desk for pick up the next day. You will receive a free battery in lieu of a refund on the shipping charge because we don't have an easy way to reverse the shipping charge. Will Call hours 10am to 4pm Tue-Fri. Order must be placed online for will calls the day before pickup. Shipping charge will be offset with free parts when you come in.
PURCHASE CONDITIONS, RESTOCK CHARGE, RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If for any reason an order needs to be cancelled, there will be a 15% restock charge before it leaves our warehouse. After an order has left our warehouse there is no cancellation, returns or exchanges allowed. Please properly research the items that you are purchasing and take into consideration your level of piloting, experience in working with tools and upgrades and the compatibility of parts. Although all Wow Hobbies parts and upgrades have been merticulously developed and tested for compatibility, performance and reliability, results may vary depending on your exisiting versions of stock Walkera helis and parts. Even with the same model and version of helicopter or parts, there are different production batches and timing and quality related variance. To perform at a higer level (e.g. higher head speed with an upgraded motor) you helicopter will need to be in perfect balance because any vibrations are magnified.
CUSTOMER SERVICE & TECHNICAL SUPPORT
To reduce deffectives, We are one of the few vendors that consistently test all inidividual hobby quality helicopters over $80, without exceptions, before they are shipped to you from California. The occasional helicopter problem is often related to (1) shipping damage (e.g. Some thing came loose because the box was dropped by Fedex.), (2) incompatible setup on your programmable transmitter (e.g. You did not purchase the helicopter with a transmitter and the setup did not match.), (3) incompatible pilot experience (e.g. You are a beginner pilot and you have bought a helicopter that's too advanced for your level of flying.), or (4) intermittent problems that can not be repeated in a normal flight test. Sheer volume & slim margins prohibit us from offering technical service on the phone. Our phone service only supports simple sales and shipping related calls.
