Our huge inventory is replenished by regular ocean containers which are further supplemented by daily air freight services. While most aerial video integrators struggle with parts shortage, outdated components and lack of experience, Wow's streamlined and quality controlled production process takes only 5-10 days for complex configurations of multirotors and brushless gimbals. And instead of shipping a system in pieces, all our copters and gimbals are delivered in a fully assembled, camera ready and flight tested package including detailed instructions.

QUALITY
We understand that a pre-requisite to good quality control is experience, and many of our technicians have been involved in the field of electronics manufacturing for 20 to 40 years. Our Shengzheng Quality Control Center is the initial gateway for all imported helicopters and parts. Defective components are weeded out from each shipment before they are even shipped to our California Warehouse. Upon receiving your order, a helicopter is pulled from our California Warehouse shelf. All required upgrades are completed before a final round of quality assurance involving a hover test, an in-flight gyro check and a multi-point inspection of parts/mechanisms.  Wow's QA sticker on each helicopter box identifies specific upgrades/features and certifies the final inspections. Parts orders are double or triple checked for accuracy and all helicopters are protected by Wow's No DOA (No Dead-On-Arrival) guarantee which needs to be reported (via "Contact Us" or email) within 24 hours of receiving the helicopter.
VALUE
Wow keeps a close eye on all competing vendors including online stores, local hobby shops and overseas suppliers - comparing prices, shipping, taxes and other key factors. We charge no sales tax on all orders with the exception of shipments to California.  As one of the largest RC helicopter distributors in the U.S., Wow has the best leverage to lower prices.  And as a developer and manufacturer of parts and upgrades, we are able to pass on additional savings.
CUTTING-EDGE UPGRADES
In addition to original factory upgrades, Wow also offers more advanced proprietary upgrades directly from our own R&D and factories.  Always one generation beyond factory stock technology, our motors, escs, blades and batteries are of superior designs with premium quality components. Multiple weekly shipments arriving at our California Warehouse combine with high sales volume to improve availability and turn-over so you get the most up-to-date helicopter versions and upgrades.
ORDER PROCESSING, PACKAGING & SHIPPING
Many dealers don't have items in stock after you have already made your payment. Wow's implementation of real time inventory means if you can "Add to Cart", we should have it in stock. To prevent shipping damage, we pay special attention to packaging helicopter and parts. Each helicopter box is suspended inside a separate protective outer box and vulnerable parts are properly packed and placed. Wow has one of the fastest and lowest shipping rates in the industry. All orders placed before 9AM Pacific Time are processed and shipped out the same day and orders received after 9AM are shipped out the next business day. Because of a large international client base, Wow is also experienced in optimizing international and express shipments to minimize costs and shipping time. For more expensive helicopters and components, we encourage you to use Wow's in-house insurance option when specifying your shipping method. After all, you don't want to deal with the trouble of a damaged shipment. At about $6.70, the fastest and most cost effective way to ship parts is by USPS Priority Mail, which usually gets to continental U.S. customers within 1 to 3 working days. To expedite your shipment, we make daily trips to both Fedex and the U.S. Postal Service. Fedex Ground is often used on helicopter packages and they usually arrive in the Continental US within 2 to 5 working days. When you shop at Wow, parts will arrive up to 10 days earlier than orders from Chinese or Hong Kong dealers, which risk long U.S. Customs inspection delays, additional import taxes and inconvenient services.
CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS, EXCHANGES
If for any reason an order needs to be canceled, there will be a 20% restocking/processing charge once the order is in our system. After an order has left our warehouse there are no cancellations, returns or exchanges allowed. Please properly research the items that you are purchasing and take into consideration your level of piloting and experience in working with tools and/or upgrades. To cancel an order, placed before 9AM PST, please call before 12PM PST on the same business day.  Any orders placed after 9AM PST, please call before 12PM PST of the following business day day. Although all Wow Hobbies parts and upgrades have been meticulously developed and tested for compatibility, performance and reliability, results may vary depending on your existing versions of stock helis and parts. Even with the same model and version of helicopter or parts, there are different production batches, electronic timing and quality variances. To perform at a higher level (e.g. higher head speed with an upgraded motor), your helicopter will need to be in perfect balance because any vibrations are magnified.

TIME OF PURCHASE WARRANTY & RMA SERVICE
Wow Hobbies warranties that the products purchased will be free from defects in material and workmanship at the date of purchase. If you received a deffective product, please follow the procedures below for technical or service.

1. Email our service department at support@wowhobbies.com and state your name, invoice# and a general description of the deffective product.
2. To return a product for serviced or exchanged, you will need a RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number.)
3. Upon receiving a RMA# from our service department, you will properly protect and box the product, perferably in its original packaging, to prevent damage.
4. Mark the RMA# in a prominent location next to the shipping address label, otherwise the shipment will be refused. Ship the boxed product freight prepaid to the address indicated with your RMA#. Wow will only be responsible for the 1st class mailing cost of the product from Wow back to any customers located in the continental USA.



CUSTOMER SERVICE & TECHNICAL SUPPORT
To reduce defective products, we are one of the few vendors that consistently test all individual hobby quality helicopters over $80 before they are shipped to you from California. Obviously, we can not open the seal on certain brands such as Align and E-flite helicopters because they are warrantied by the manufacturer. Helicopter problems which we can not detect are often related to (1) shipping damage (e.g. Something came loose because the box was dropped by Fedex.), (2) incompatible setup on your transmitter (e.g. You did not purchase the helicopter with a transmitter and the setup does not match.), (3) incompatible pilot experience (e.g. You are a beginner pilot and you have bought a helicopter that's too advanced for your level of flying.), or (4) intermittent problems that can not be repeated in a normal flight test. Our friendly staff and hobby savvy technicians are ready to help you answer any questions. You can reach Wow's technical support via the "Contact Us" section of this website or you can email us at support@wowhobbies.com. Please include the order number, a brief description of the problem so that we can track and document your request in our automated system and allow 24 to 48 hours turn around response time.
