If you are new to Walkera helicopters, there are different recommendations for either beginners or advanced pilots. Many dealers don't have the items in stock after you have made payment. At WowHobbies.com, implimentation of real time inventory on item quantities assures availability of products for immediate shipping once you have completed checkout. Orders received before 9AM PST are shipped the same business day. Priority Mail 2-3 day Delivery or International First Class Mail is $6.70 for a box of parts. We make daily shipment runs to Fedex and the Post Office (USPS) Mon-Fri and walk-ins are welcome between 10am-4pm Tue-Fri. At Wow, all our RC helicopters are triple inspected and tested. After Walkera completes the initial post production quality assurance test, each shipment is tested again by Wow's Shenzheng, China QA Center. The third and final test by Wow's California Warehouse includes an actual hover/gyro test and a multi-point inspection of parts and mechanisms. When you shop at Wow, parts will arrive up to 10 days earlier versus orders from either Chinese or Hong Kong dealers with risk of long U.S. Customs inspection delays, additional import taxes and inconvenient services.
Wow Hobbies provides a "No Dead On Arrival" (No DOA) guarantee on Walkera helicopters. Due to the nature of this hobby, DOA must be reported by email only, within 24 hours of receipt with strictly no parts/components swapping, tempering, crash marks or shafts/motors/parts wear beyond the maiden hover test period.
